The elevation of the Eiger is 13,025 feet. This photo was taken at about the midway point of the train climb at Kleine Scheidegg, which is 6,762 feet according to Google Earth. The train doesn't go to the top of the Eiger, but it does go to a height of 11,332 feet at the top of the Jungfraujoch, the highest railway station in Europe. Taken 5 Sep 2009.
